Diet for thin people:
To gain some weightb it's necessary to eat a lot of food with proteins. With every diet it's necessary to drink a lot of water because it’s essential to be healthy.
For Breakfast:
8 egg whites
4 slices of bread with tomato
1 piece of fruit
For Lunch:
300 gr. of rice
1 full salad
300 gr. of oily fish (tuna)
1 piece of fruit
1 yogurt
For Dinner:
300 gr. chicken breast
1 yogurt
1 banana

Homework =D Hahahah!
I eat 6 times at day =D i really love pizza, milanesa, hamburges and many other meals, i love to drink Soda =), orange juice and ice tea. When i'm at the school i eat 1 time at day =(, i bring some lunch from my house like sandwiches and yogurts! :D, And i love Ice Cream =D yummy
